From the Artist: Funny story, this painting came about completely serendipitously. I had spilled a large amount of green paint while working in the studio. I didn't want it to go to waste, so I grabbed the closest canvas and set about. I have a very boho-eclectic decor in my home so I grabbed a statue of a Buddha head and another of a Buddha hand and decided to paint them. And I love painting lotus flowers. One thing led to another and now we have one of my favorite paintings.
